Stevenage Urban School
UPB are working with Hertfordshire County Council on a detailed feasibility study for a 3FE Primary School with Early Years provision on a dense urban site in the centre of Stevenage. The study is set within the complexities of the housing-led regeneration of Stevenage town centre and requires negotiation between Stevenage and Hertfordshire Local Authorities for financing and delivery of the school.
Our client team consists of representatives from Herts County Council property, land acquisition, education and children’s departments, as well as Stevenage regeneration teams, potential development partners, and local land-owners, community and business groups.
