Cut + Grind Burgers
Urban Projects Bureau worked with Cut & Grind on the concept development, brand strategy and spatial identity for their innovative new restaurant brand, and led the design and construction of their first flagship restaurant in Kings Cross.
Completed in September 2017, the restaurant design re-interprets features of the traditional butchers shop and combines them with new technology in burger making, to create a theatrical and convivial dining experience.
The project includes overall interior design, dining areas, lounge and bar areas, servery and toilets
