UNICA Cagliari

In 2009/2010 Elena Pascolo was a Visiting Professor at the University of Cagliari, Italy. The design module for 40 fourth year students focused on the role of institutions in transforming the city. A range of strategies and interventions were proposed for a strategic site which lies between the harbour, the station and the historic centre of Cagliari. A series of workshops, roundtable discussions and reviews with visiting critics: Martino Tattara of Dogma and John Palmesino of territorial agency were arranged to concider the implications of the proposals.
