In the first year of teaching diploma at the University of Brighton Department of Architecture and Design, Alex Warnock-Smith and Christina Godiksen explored the unlocked potential of Brighton’s urban spaces through three main methods:

1. Re-designing public institutions through unexpected secondary uses of space.
2. Inserting new economic and industrial systems into the city and experimenting with architectural possibilities.
3. Exploring the architecture of informal political activity and production.
