Design proposals submitted as part of the Safer Streets initiative led by the London Borough of Greenwich. A collaborative team comprising artists, light installation designers and architects, submitted innovative and inexpensive proposals for public realm improvements to a deprived inner city London Borough. The project proposed a series of light installations as a positive element in the design of safer and more accessible public spaces, restructuring and redefining a more experiential public realm.
