Part set design, part shop installation, part window display, Urban Projects Bureau designed a stage set and audience seating for ‘Quality’, a site-specific play about a woman’s obsession with shoes, in Tracey Neuls TN29 shoe boutique in Marylebone Lane. Two ribbons - one black, the other mirrored – inhabited the space for a fortnight and created a continuous spatial sequence that united audience and actors in a non-hierarchical relationship. Shop installation by day, set design by night, the installation was part of the London Design Festival and London Fashion Week 2007.
