UPB submitted an expression of interest for the conversion and extension of the Winchester Youth Centre in London Borough of Camden. UPB proposed a strategy for converting the Winch’s existing delapidated property to improve access and circulation within the building, as well as rethinking the internal configuration of spaces and how they are used. UPB also proposed a number of extensions and alterations to provide well-needed external play spaces and improve the building’s relationship to the street and park at the rear.

A public house for Swiss Cottage - we were inspired by the opportunity to work with such a vital social-enterprise to provide well-needed community facilities in a deprived area of London.
